SURGERIES
Endometriosis is a condition where the tissue similar to the lining of the uterus is found in areas outside of your uterus in the pelvis, such as your ovaries, bladder or even bowel. Surgical management does remain the gold standard for treatment of endometriosis.
Heavy menstrual bleeding, or heavy periods are a very common presentation for women who see a gynaecologist. A common diagnostic procedure is a hysteroscopy surgery.
Stress Incontinence may require surgery, especially if targeted pelvic floor physiotherapy fails to improve your scenario. My procedure of choice is a Laparoscopic Burch Colposuspension.
